im looking for one of those middle eastern style drums. anyone got one or know where i can get one?

Crap... can't remember the name, but there's this world renowned African Drummer in Calgary, has a shop... and sells hand drums. If I remember his name I'll pm you.

One World African Drum company might have something. It's on 26th Ave SW just East of 39th St (can't remember the address)

It's a Derbaki.

And you can find it at any middle eastern store - Check the one on 17th Avenue (Cedars) or the one in Temple (Chahine) for it - but they are very overpriced.
