Default Wanted GT2871R T25 to purchase. Or a Disco Potato turbine housing

Wanted: Garrett GT2871R T25 to purchase

May settle for a Disco Potato (2860RS) but ideally the 2871.

I also may be able to use the hot side Turbine housing from a 2860

    Thanks

I really wanted to make the 2876 work. The whole reason i started looking at the 76 was becasue I saw yours for sale so I did some research. The 76 is just too big for a 1.8 liter stock block miata if I want some street response. Stock rods are limited to 12 psi and less with a larger turbo so it wont come alive until much later than i'd like it to.
A 2871 would be the top of my range.

True the Miata's stock power level is terrible! The total weight, weight distro., susp. design, CG etc are all top class rated, then you go to pass a minivan in a straight line and get whooped.

Without a turbo in it I wouldnt own one, with a turbo in it I own others....

A better swap is an LS1. Tons of people have done it, there are even kits. 300ft/lbs torque at 1500rpm would be nice, so would $20K!
