Default Need a spring compressor that will fit a honda spring.

So we were trying to install my springs on Saturday and we hit a bump in the road.... the fuckin spring compressor we had was too big... the clamps that is.

Now i need to get my hands on a spring compressor that will definately fit a honda spring.

Does anyone have one i could borrow for the weekend? Or who rents / loans them out?

    thanks.

    Hey,

Canadian Tire will lend you one. I have used them on my prelude and they work, they're not great, but will get the job done. As a bonus, its free - all you have to do is put the full rpice on your credit card as a deposit and you get it all back when you return it.

I've heard the same thing......Try Princess Auto, I bought spring compressors from there for $20 (on sale) but they were the bigger ones. They *might* have the smaller-hooked ones....
