Default LF: someone to fix my jammed power window

One of my power windows is jammed and I am looking for someone who knows how to fix it. It can open and close 1 centimeter but won't go down any further.

PM me if you are willing to take a look at it (obviously I will pay you to fix it). I don't want to bring it into the dealership and get charged a bunch for a seemingly easy fix.
