    Default My new briefcase arrived!

    Well boys, I have always been a fan of the Saddleback brand and I have a couple wallets of theirs, but I finally popped for a new briefcase! This is the Flight Bag model and I have to say it does not disappoint. Normally I go for the tobacco coloured leather but this bag looks so good in the chocolate brown I have zero regrets! I look forward to the patina developing as time goes on...

    I like Saddleback. Have a wallet, two belts, business card sleeve, and a random old phone case that I use for collecting receipts. Briefcase would be a great next piece for me.

    For your first big day out with the satchel, I recommend the Dior Nail Glow in the Rouge Cinema.

    Nice buy, @tirebob ! They make nice stuff!

    Does it have the back sleeve where you can slip it into a luggage handle?

    @flipstah

    Not that particular aspect but they do have the d rings and you can get a strap to do exactly that function.

    Great decision Bob. I've had my bag almost 10 years and commute back and forth to the core with it. Still looks and feels great. Also have a medium bifold wallet for 10 years, and not a stitch out of place.

    ^ Which bag is that? I like it better than mine. Looks to be the same minus the side pockets I never use for anything.

    I am going to bet the old Thirteener? Now it is the Fourteener to accommodate the common 14 inch MacBook Pro...

    My wife has a purse and bag from Saddleback when they were making ladies bags. Is there a used market for this stuff as my wife doesn't use a few of them anymore? I think the brand is Love41

    Love 41 is the wife of the owner of Saddleback and she has her own offshoot company. Still in existence and on their website. I believe there is a market for used for sure but not sure how the Love41 name hold value compared to the Saddleback name.

    They don't make it anymore unfortunately. I think it was called the medium thin briefcase before. sized for a 15' laptop, which is a bit big now I suppose.

    This is a cool bag, and the funny thing about is that I'm also looking into it now.
