I turn 50 in a few weeks, tell me about it. I remember being 21 and getting messed up 3 nights a week at the bar, and drinking a Gatorade and taken 2 tylenol before bed and waking up clear as a bell at 6 am, no worries. Now, god, I literally am fearful too. Haven't drank in years now, and I do miss it on occasion, but the juice isn't worth the squeeze any more. And what a squeeze it was last time.

Real talk though I started using LMNT (salt drink) and chug one of those a few hours before I start drinking and have another before bed.
It's made a massive difference on hangover severity. Electrolytes + hydration.
