    Default Blood on Sweater

Hey guys, I bought a new sweater on the weekend and got a bunch of blood on it. Anyone know a really good way to get blood out? Is it even possible? Thanks.

Ask the guy who kicked your ass, he can obviously get blood out of things.

On another note, if it hasn't been washed/dried yet then you should be able to get it out. Soak in cold, pretreat with stain remover, might have to manually scrub with soft bristled brush....wash, DON'T DRY IN DRYER. Try again if need be.....

If it's already set it likely isn't going anywhere though, quick treatment is key.

Thanks for the advice. No one kicked my ass, lets just say when they tell you to cut away from yourself you should listen.

Cold water always worked for me, otherwise I just put that stain remover on it and throw it in the washer on hot.

since it's a sweater is it dry clean only?

Hydrogen peroxide. put some on the stain and get an old toothbrush and gently rub. Rinse in COLD WATER only. Should do the trick. Hot water and warm water will really set the stain in.

They key is to throw it in cold water IMMEDIATELY, don't even touch it. The cold water pulls it out really well, especially if you get it in there right away.

Cold water, just use a old toothbrush or something to brush it out...then throw in wash. Should come out no problem.
