Minor? body work

Hello,

Have a 2007 Dodge Caliber, need some work done on it and looking for some suggestions..

I've got a tonne of rock chips on the hood and just above the top of the windshield.. a few of the bigger chips have started to rust.. think eraser head on pencil size.. there's at least 3 of them rusting..also the front bumper is a little bent (tapped a pole in a parkade.. wasn't paying attention to how close I was to it), and back bumper is pretty scratched up.. (not from hitting anything, dragging things out of the hatchback).

Any suggestions on a place that could fix all three at a decent price? Hoping for under $1000.

Also need to get the windshield replaced at a later date, any good glass places?
