Those 2 links indicate a brand new design, though earlier reports have indicated the same form factor as the iPhone 4. I think Apple is going to come out with 2 new phones, a cheaper iPhone 4S and a redesigned iPhone 5 with A5 processor and ~4" edge-to-edge screen.
