wonder what makes it illegal? It is no more a distraction then those effing billboard signs on the back of ad trucks that rotate.

The guy probably hasn't been ticketed yet if it is illegal (or spent too much on it to take it off) i've seen that guy rolling around for months now.

IIRC you need to tie orange flag around any object that protrudes outside your vehicle.

that would make sense other than it protrudes about as far as trailer would from the vehicle. That pic makes it look like it sticks way out but it doesn't, unless that rule also applies for the vertical direction? but as rat mentioned it isn't overheight either

a orange or red flag must be affixed to anything extending out the back of a vehicle by 4 feet or more, and to anything extending out more than 6 inches past the widest point of your vehicle on the sides.

It's refreshing to see new ideas instead of the same old put a piece of paper on your front door step routine.

Now if we could do something to stop Sean Jones - his advertising gets worse/more annoying every month.
