If these guys made so much money I don't see why they need to make payments on their vehicles. Some of them leasing 3-4 at a time.

"Gangsters" lease cars because the cars will typically get seized during a raid or in execution of a search warrant. I think it has to do with proceeds of crime legislation. I'm pretty sure these "Gangsters" do quite well in these high risk lifestyles.

except for the guy in the article who was mentioned that they took his mom and brother to court because he couldnt pay. Not saying he didnt have the cash but that means he had to have them co-sign for whatever reason.

Rental cars are less heat bag and like posted above if caught they lose nothing. When a I see a rental car i think two things
1. Tourist
2. Waiting for a car to get fixed

"Gangsters" That make it dont rely on family and are quite wealthy. Its the dumb ones that shoot people and dont invest there money you see on the news everyday.

Not many gansters report their earnings on Income Tax, or have monthly paystubs to prove they can pay for a BMW or Merc, lol.
