Default Quarterpanel + tire axle fix?

I was wondering if anyone here knew how much it would cost to fix these problems. Not 100% sure its the axle, but something is definitely bent (I'm not a huge car guy)

Its been damaged for so long who knows how much is rusted out. Either way I'm sure its worth more then the cost of the car to repair.

You are going to need to replace that quarter panel.

18ish hours at about $75.00 hour plus the quarter panel plus 5-6 hundred for paint.

plus any sheet metal pulling they need to do.

plus repair or replacement of the inner wheel house 2-5 hour and/or 2-5 hours and the part.

plus blending if you want the color to be right, sometime black is ok.

Then whatever damage there is to the suspension and the axle.

Looks like the rear bumper is damaged too.

Is this your car or are you looking to buy it damaged?
