Looks to be the spring on Netflix for the new season:

David Cross recently said he thought there would be 13 episodes when all is said and done. Hurwitz (series creator) says, ÒOur initial order is for ten, but the beauty of Netflix is that we theoretically have an opportunity to provide more material for them.Ó

From my understanding, each episode features one character and shows where they've been since the series ended. It all leads into the movie from there.
