    Hmm....Can you guys plug your car in? I can't seem to find a plug anywhere.

    Yup. In my case the cord was tucked near the windsheild fluid resivoir

    When I had a block heater...it ws tucked up by the battery...the cord was long enough to hang out the front of the hood...but wrapped up nicely and hidden under the battery...

    The block heater is just below and to the left of your turbo. You can follow the cord from there. Here is an illustration.
