You can export all of outlook to a .pst file and import it into the new outlook.

Go File -> Import and Export (at least in outlook 2003) and go from there. If you need a more detailed explanation, google it or pm me

How is he supposed to export from outlook if he's running it on a second drive.

Wont he have to boot the secondary as a primary THEN do the export?

I'm assuming you have a O/S on the new drive? I would move the new drive to primary and remove the old drive for now to see if you can find the new drive and boot up, check the bios to see if you see a drive.

Can you still access the old drive from bootup and get in to the O/S?

The Outlook Express emails should be in a email stored folder, you will have to do a bit of digging on the secondary drive for the stored folder example. (Documents and Settings\Your Name\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook Express\Inbox.dbx) then try a import data in Outlook Express

BTW OE stores it's stuff in a hidden folder. You need to ensure it's not hidden by going into Explorer and changing your view properties.
You have a couple of photos that are great... you must be very good at photoshop!
