    I have a set of 17" rims that are 4x114 no rubber... I can email you a pic if you like. silver 15 spokes. CHEAP!

    In reality your best bet is pick n pull, they only charge you $5 for steel wheels if you find them with bad tires.

    I have a set of oem Honda Prelude mag wheels that will fit that accord perfectly

    15" 4/114 bolt pattern

    Would sell the set for $100
