Subaru Genuine Parts is the website for Chaplins Subaru's parts department; just ask them to ship USPS otherwise you'll be paying the UPS brokerage fees.
They're not very good at tracking down rare/JDM parts from what I understand, though.

I've used them as well, and have been happy, also if it's common items, RockAuto is another one.Originally posted by toastgremlin

Try https://www.1stsubaruparts.com/ - not the greatest website but parts are cheap and delivery is quick.
Is that for the cars too??Originally posted by jutes

I second Subaru Genuine Parts AKA Chaplins Subaru in Bellevue (Seattle). Ordered cross bars for my Legacy. Saved over $100 and got it 2 weeks QUICKER, straight to my door than if I had paid the incompetent idiots at Centaur.
Another time, tried to order a hood deflector at Calgary Subaru, and even warned them that my car is a turbo so the hood deflector is a different part #. Of course they STILL end up ordering the wrong part (and could've fucked with my car as the non-turbo deflector will deflect air AWAY from the hood scoop). Ended up ordering from Chaplins instead and they got it right the first time.
Jamie is the parts manager there and she knows her Subaru parts (plus she takes part in rally's).
You have a couple of photos that are great... you must be very good at photoshop!
Third for Subaru Genuine Parts/Chaplins Subaru.
Ordered from them, and they sent me a wrong part. They came through and fixed the order without any hassle, including covering all return shipping etc, so it cost me noting more out of pocket.
I'd highly recommend them.
Very good site for OEM parts! I use them all the time, they are even cheaper than my local hook up source.Originally posted by toastgremlin
