    Default 2000 Chevy Blazer Re-flash

Help! Does anyone have the ability to flash a ECM/PCM/Computer back to factory spec.

I ran into some issues with one of those tuners.

    Please let me know.

    Thanks,
    Roberto

    Essh.... what issues?

Did you lock it up during a flash?

If it's bad enough it may be unrecoverable through the OBD2 port.

Yea I messed it up during a flash. I was using a Hypertech Programmer 3. Truck had been sitting for a while. Didn't think to check the battery. Died in the process of writing to it. Now I am getting error 7C which they tell me I need to have it flashed by a dealership. They all seems to be swamped and can't get me in until next thursday.

Well that's not as bad then, at least your ECU is not scrap.

I'm not back till Thursday either, but It's not 100% that my flasher can recover your ECU.

One option maybe Devenport, I'm sure Shannon can do it. I wonder if he might even have a bench top adapter so you can bring in just your ecu....

Well I will give them a shout. If not I will likely be in need of or services on Thursday.
