COMMENTS: From a place more known for their pizza, you would have never imagine their real signature dish is actually their risotto. Creamy and rich sums it all up. No idea what they used as broth but every grain of rice is bursting with rich creamy goodness. Top it off with a generous dose fresh clams and mussels on top… It’s like watching the Canucks lose game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals, in your mouth.

COMMENTS:My favorite steak in the entire city. I usually have the tuna tartare for an app, then the steak with truffle mac and cheese on the side, and (sometimes) a dessert. My wife and I split the above items and leave stuffed.

OMG YEAH!!!!! Wasn't that good? Had the very same steak for our anniversary. Excellent meal and restaurant.

COMMENTS: my favourite sushi in all Calgary, Toro (fatty part of tuna) is so creamy and soft that it melts in your mouth
