well it's about time to clear up some things that I no longer use...
I have for sale a few manual focus lenses and a couple auto focus DX lenses.

I don't see any photos of the 18-200, could you please provide some. Do you have any receipts/warranty cards left for the lens? UV/protection filter used/included?
