Can't you buy a sim card from Rogers for like $10? Are the prices different for a Sim vs Mini Sim?

I had to buy a sim from Rogers and it costs $10.

Rogers charges $10 for a microSIM. They won't activate a previously used microSIM, you will need to use a new one. I had 5 microSIMs laying around, all used at one point or another (one disconnected that morning) and they wouldn't activate a new # on it. Had to go to London Drugs to pick one up. This was a week ago.

Every rogers dealer/kiosk should have 'em in stock.

Apple Stores will not charge you for a MicroSIM.

Same with Fido. Had to deal with that bs.

The only way Apple won't charge you for one is if you buy a phone from them. You can't just walk into the Apple store and ask for one.

Actually you can. At least it worked for me when I needed a telus sim. They didn't ask any question or nothing.

And if your with fido you can switch your sim cards online. I've deactivated and activated between my normal and micro sim at least 10 times in the past year and everytime I do it it gives me a warning message saying my old sim will now be useless but it always ends up working.

I was at the apple store and the Mini SIM card was free, he even told me! I tried so hard to hit on the girl as well to get a free one as well hahah
