I don't think it will be possible. The reason the Golf R32 is unavailable for Canadian market is due to bumper regulations. (Same reason as the Evo).Originally posted by MK3HKS

i guess you know not to much of the car then.
Solid Gino......
I know all about the VW R32. Read about it in the Vortex forums (Blue Monday Article), read people's impressions of them, saw a couple of Top Gear videos featuring the VW R32 and even watched it get dominated by every car it was tested against on the track in a Best Motoring video and read a bunch of articles on it. The only thing I didn't get to do is drive one, but I have driven a VR6 and 1.8T and I am unimpressed with it for the amount of money you pay for them. Power was the never the problem with the car for me, so the fact it has a 3.2 V6 is a moot point......it was the feel of the car I didn't like. The balance, the gearshift...I dunno it just didn't work for me. The older GTi's I love, so tossable even if it doesn't have a lot of power...the MKIV Golf is anything but....at least in stock form. Would be nice to see what improvements the 4Motion would add to the mix. Plus the VW R32 is based on the MKIV styling....kinda wierd since the MKV is around the bend.
