Default 22" rims on a Ridgeline?

I'm tossing the idea of getting different wheels for my Honda Ridgeline and was just curious to see if anyone is using 22" wheels and if so, what's the experience been? Any issues so far? I see that with the 265/35/22 tires, there should be no rubbing or modding necessary but how's the ride? With such a low profile tire and such a heavy truck, will there be any issues with carrying weight and damaging the rim?

Also, how would a wheel and tire combo like this fend over dirt or gravel roads?

That's not a truck. More like a crossover.

Instead of buying rims...sell ridgeline, use this money+money you would have wasted on rims for a ridgeline and buy yourself a real truck

My opinion is that that's not enough sidewall for anything that's going on gravel or dirt roads.

    Sidewall height is good.
My current F150 has 275-65-18 size tires from the factory, and that's abut as little sidewall as I'd like.

^ Agreed. If one expects to travel questionable roads with 35 series tires, they can also expect to get a flat... if not fuck up the rim and tire entirely.

haha, I just found a pretty good deal on used rims that were 22" and would fit the ridgeline and they came with tires. I totally want something more rugged and useful so I guess I'll be steering away from those ones then.

Oh yeah, and it's not a cross over Anh...I like to refer to it as a:

Yeah I do want it to be able to go over dirt roads or gravel ones in the mountains and shit. I just saw some rims on kijiji and I thought they were a pretty good deal but I guess too big. I'm not one to make the truck impractical...that's what the summer car is for!

I also just want a pair of summer wheels so I don't need to keep swapping rubber off of my stock wheels.

I'd have to side with the haterz on this one. 22s on one those toys is not cool.
