Default Anyone try this type of Strawberry before?

Apparently I was told they just landed in Canada. I did not buy them from a grocery store; I tasted them through a shipment to a sandwich shop.

Long in shape and they are very very sweet. They don't have that tangy acidic taste to them. Just awesome to bite into and eat. Tastes almost like candy.

    Here's what they look like:

I hope that we get them in grocery stores shortly. They blow regular strawberries out of the water. It's like comparing blood oranges to regular oranges.

They look tasty. Do they have a name? or are they just different strawberries?

I have no idea. If someone knows, definitely chime in.

I never seen these in my life and never really tasted anything like it either. It's similar to a regular strawberry but has improvements in many categories. It's also way easier to eat lol.

Maybe some genetic experiment gone right!

Googled and I come up with nothing. You sure these aren't genetically modified strawberries?

Kinda like square watermelons in Japan.

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

Tried looking as well. I'm not sure if they are genetically modified or not. Hopefully they hit stores sometime in the near future! Not sure of the make either; I'd have to find out.
