I am closing on a condo that is almost built and the company has asked for our lawyers information, since I haven't done this before anyone have any recommendations on someone they have used in the past and had success with? Thanks in advance

Justin O'connel's done a few properties for me.

His prices seemed pretty averge, but I found him really easy to talk to and he broke stuff down into layman's english for everything.

Would definately work with him again.

Plus he's the only lawyer I've actually enjoyed talking with.

Like the above poster I would also like to know approx prices if anyone cares to share, my unit is brand new so I assume it is pretty straight forward stuff
