It may not be possible to beam aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise but you’ll be getting the next best thing at the 2012 Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo when we bring together the nine principle cast members from Star Trek: The Next Generation®.

Yes, you read that correctly.

Sir Patrick Stewart, Jonathan Frakes, Marina Sirtis, Brent Spiner, Michael Dorn, LeVar Burton, Gates McFadden, Wil Wheaton and Denise Crosby will all be joining us at the Calgary Expo April 27-29, 2012.

We are also very proud to present Star Trek® TNG EXPOsed – a full-cast reunion of Star Trek: The Next Generation® to be held at the Calgary Stampede Corral on the evening of Saturday, April 28, 2012. This auspicious occasion marks the 25th anniversary of Star Trek: The Next Generation® and will be the first time in over twenty years that the cast has participated in an event such as this.

That has got to be a pretty big feather in the cap for a small time show like Calgary. Good work by the organizers. It should help attendance significantly.

Going to be an insane year. I always enjoy going to comic con just cool to see what kind if nostalgic crap you can find at some vendors (video game vendors and their inflated value, but good to remind me what game to download on a rom ).

Wow very crazy line up this year! I been going every year for the past 5 years now, not as long as some of you guys on here but something about it has me hooked! I haven't bought anything or got any pictures taken but it's still lots of fun

Separate ticket event. $40-$127 per seat. My bet is autograph extra.

You have to be big fans to pay that kind of dough to have them answer lame questions.

Showing my age here, but I remember when the comic con was about... y'know... comics

I'm hoping they announce more artists and such in the coming months... want to see if it's worth going for a full weekend or a 1 day

I miss those days too.

I only collect silver-age Marvel comics and loved going to find rare issues from the dealers in the US that would be there. These days comic cons are all about gaming, playing dress up, paying for autographs from has beens and buying toys.

Well, the big draw to the CCC for me is the direct access to comic book artists. So far... pretty lackluster lineup announced. Mark Texeira, George Perez and Dale Eaglesham are the only really interesting artists announced so far
