Local news/sports/current events blogs?

I'm compiling a list of all the important bloggers and blogs in Edmonton, Calgary and Alberta as a whole. I'm looking for blogs that talk about local events and issues, as well as arts and sports. Pretty much anything that is related to Alberta. A have a decent list already, but I reallly feel like I may be missing some good well-read blogs.

Can you please post the blogs you frequent?

PS: I'm not looking for blogs that focus on relationships, drama and all that. Just news, issues, events, sports, arts.

Yes, thanks I have tried google. Sometimes hearing feedback from real people is better than a search engine though.

In Edmonton there are a lot of very well written political/current events type blogs that actually follow journalistic ethics and that people actually read. I guess that doesn't exist in Calgary.

The same goes for the hockey blog world. As shitty as the Oilers have been for the last 15 years, they have a huge online blog community compared to Calgary's. Don't know why that is...
