Working with some French Canadian contractors now, they say it reminds them of how over flooded Montreal condo apartment market is. Why would someone buy used, when they can get brand new within 2-7% within the same development.

Edit: feels like Seller’s of the earlier built starting to list aggressively, as the newer parkside towers being pushed for new possession
