    If anyone looking to rent a 1 bedroom or privately buy a 1 bedroom in Vetro let me know. I have a unit available that would rent or sell for cheap.

    I’ve been watching waterfront Eau Claire condos. Seems like there’ll be more coming onto the market (kijiji search of new owners trying to get rid of theirs before possession); and of course some from the original 2012 towers listings too

    Working with some French Canadian contractors now, they say it reminds them of how over flooded Montreal condo apartment market is. Why would someone buy used, when they can get brand new within 2-7% within the same development.

    Just noticed there’s a waterfront townhouse unit lowered their price by $20,000

    Edit: feels like Seller’s of the earlier built starting to list aggressively, as the newer parkside towers being pushed for new possession

    It’s for sure a deep pockets game. Man wonder how those 2010 beyond landlords doing with their units, the ones saying they’ve got no issues raising rent 3 times annually. They used to drive Heavyfuel nuts with their business is business, if tenants can’t afford it get out speech. Plot twist? They’re the ones renting from Heavyfuel now?

    You’re the 1% elite in the greater fools game. I rmb there’re some saying they’ll keep on jacking up rent as long as they could. Maybe they made out like bandits and paid off a few properties already.
