personally not a fan of buying into buildings were %95 of the people there are renters.

Guardian and East Village asking >$600/sf is ridiculous. At least Waterfront is a desirable location.
Anyone else here buy in the park? Potentially the most delayed project going in the beltline. Not getting any information from the developer these days either.
