Nah, it was fun for a bit but now it's time to move on. Don't wanna be too fobby for the basic white college girls. They might get scared away.

What's KOL? Do I want to be KOL? If I'm part of any group that Max and Tom are in, I am pretty happy about that.

Check this out lol it's all the talk right now. Current owners at Guardian gotta be pissed but will see how good this actually is. Perhaps it's to get ppl through the door for a bidding war?

Also, perhaps time for plan B. My place isn't gonna sell, I think I am gonna buy another unit in my build to average down and hope for the best haha

God damn I wish I kept my house lol

I don't think they're allowed to change advertised price. Developers made their money on investment I'm pretty sure. Just a fire sale to get rid of remaining inventory. How are the Guardian towers by the way? Furnishings look decent but 3 elevators for 40 storey building was a big turn off for me.

Did you move into a new place by the way?

Based on what friends were saying, not the best build quality at Guardian but what do I know?!

I moved home to be close to work and was trying to sell my Waterfront Condo but since it's not moving I think I might just move back in for the summer for the a/c and rent out my parking spots to reduce my costs FWP for sure

My question to them was if those prices include parking.

If it does, then definitely pissed.
    If not, just slightly pissed.

My initial thought was that they only had the advertised units discounted to get people in, and the remaining units aren't as steep of a discount. But, I could see all 25 being steeply discounted as well.

They're good deals if you want rentals, I wouldn't live here.

Max hope you're kidding on the 2nd condo purchase. That's a lot of debt to load up on especially in one place. House prices are coming down and higher rates (any day now) will pull prices down even more. I think avg home price fell by about $20K last year. That's pretty much a whole year's rent without all the hassle of ownership and way more flexibility.

How low can waterfront units possibly go though? What’s the entry level units going for nowadays, esp with the newer builds (similar) to original, how crazy would this effect the original units of same size.

I dunno tho. I heard someone picked up a flats unit in the mid 250s I think that would classify as averaging down if I bought in the same building? Altho averaging down are the two words I'm not the biggest fan of haha

I had/have no plans to move any time soon, so I'm okay with my purchase. Yeah, it kinda sucks to see other units sell for lower, but since I'm not in the market to sell, it's not really a big deal.

Certain condos like Colors and Chocolate seem to be doing excellent. Low condo fees, no extras is a good option for a lot of ppl. Good location, size, sq.ft etc.

I have officially moved back into mine this week and will re-evaluate the next step.

Look at the bed setup of unit #350 and the one you listed. Feels like listed by same owner.

Or did those waterfront units had options to buy those hotel style built in wall beds like that?

Is 5 years mid-to-long? I'm still happy. Except my neighbor's kids are learning the violin and they can't get a chord right.
