    I checked out two similar units on the 3rd and 6th floor shortly after the building was completed. At that time they were listed at $330,000.00 and $340,000.00 if I remember correctly. I can't believe one of the smallest units in the building got listed at $400,000.00! That is ludacris, pre-purchase price was something like $290,000.000 for these tiny units.

    $350k was including taxes, I'm looking at the sold pricing of neil's buddy haha. He would get a new construction rebate for roughly half the GST back.

    There are one bed units facing north (towards tower 1) going for $309k without tax.

    Two beds still available at mid 400's.

    They also changed minor design things in Tower II for some reason. For example, the washroom has this nasty looking bathroom tile that's all square bumps. Looks like it would attract some much grime and stuff on it. Glad Tower I isn't like that

    Also not impressed with Tower II prices, but I guess what do you really expect when Guardian I was selling over 2 years ago. Can't really compare.

    Have you looked at Riverhouse in the East Village? They're the pricey ones starting at $800k up to like $2.5M

    Plan 4 has the best view IMO based on positioning.
