the fact you are consulting people about your tattoo just puts u in that group of "all show".,... tattoos (to me) are meant to be personal ..tell a story.. have some meaning... it dosent matter what people think or see.. its what you think that matters... not your friends (or the internet...haha started own thread and replied in tattoo thread too)

as long as you like it.. get it...id be hesistant though...not 100% confident about the tattoo and you're getting it tomorrow...

On a serious note... it's your body. Do what you want but a tattoo should be meaningful so that you're always going to be happy with it. I get bored of things very easily (cars, jobs, etc) but my tattoos I've had for years and absolutely love them still because of their meaning.

Gonna be pretty blunt here, "What I Got" sounds pretty off..

It doesn't make sense or work with the "Be happy with what I have in life/ thankful / appreciative / positive thinking" vibe..

I don't know what else would be better though, perhaps like some suggested before some lettering in Chinese (Which, I mean, could be stupid in itself if you don't know a single thing about anything in Chinese cultures/language/history etc.)

Something more symbolic for the gratitude you feel for where you are in your life would probably be a lot more creative and meaningful, but again, to each his own.

If you like it go for it, who's to judge, as long as it has meaning and sentiment to you.

Since you're hear asking for opinions I'll tell you it looks terrible. But tattoos aren't my cup of tea. I think most of them look terrible, or will in time, and are just a bad idea in the making coupled with a hard dose of future regret.

However, it's your body and your message and your future and your decision. And if at this time in your life you believe scrolling wedding invitation font along your side is the right path for you, then I respect that and say more power to you man.
