i bought this from another deal last year and its actually not bad. my only gripes were that they didnt dry the car and that it had to be booked months in advance.

Before I pull the trigger on this, can anyone provide insight on how good of a detailing job Napa will do?

I don't want to pay for this for all the family cars, and then have them do a shitty job, i.e. not dry the car, etc.

I'm getting one for my winter beater. For $35, they'll probably do a better job than I would on a car I don't care to really clean. But I'm not expecting a professional detail.
