    I work across the street from the airport and man I can't believe how loud the jets are when it gets cold like this! Sounds like an afterburner running beside my head!

    Hell ya You can hear them coming to land, before they even get across McCall Lake golf course, that's how cold it is. Normally you can't hear them until they get to McKnight BLVD.

    My fav is air transat L1011 starting in the morning, its like a smoke screen. I cant believe they still fly those.

    Hey anyone else work at the airport?
