Fuck it..... I love these cars, and a deal/trade came up on a Generation 2 kit. Picking it up next month, hope to have her done Spring 2013

Have prices come down at all? Last I looked at them, they were $100g +or- , but that was before Ford produced the GT.

It's a Factory Five GTM. It comes with it's own unique chassis, Body, electircal, glass, interior etc. Suspension and steering donor parts etc are from a C6 Z06 Vette.

Completed cars weigh in at ~2400 pounds.

My first impulse?? Destroked Aluminum LS Engine with Twin Turbos. No crazy power, more for durability. The cars are light. Maybe ~600rwhp

It's a GTM kit..... can be built "bare bones" for ~$45,000. They estimate 800 hours total build time, seems hight though.... Fully "tricked" out, guys are spending $100k....
