I'm not that curious, I just thought some people would get a kick out of hunting.

If it was my ad and I were hunting for these people I would just tell beyond what they did to me and why I want to find them and most likely someone would do it for free. If it was over something illegal then I wouldn't post here because too many people know me on this site and I especially wouldnt post an ad on kijiji.
