2002 VW Golf GT TDI
2016 VW Passat BiTDI
Canada wide.
I think you are allowed to change your plans once a month, might be wrong though.
There's probably a fee to switch from prepaid to monthly and vice versa.
For rogers I think it's $35.
I've been with them for a long time, bell owns them. Uses the same towers (bell & telus).. data is canada wide for sure... its awesome i have fully unlimited talk text canada wide long distance and a flex data plan for $63 a month i think it is!
I believe koodo still might be a bit cheaper and telus owns them...
Yes you can change your plan once a month for free. You can even phone up if you buy a new cell and switch the ESNs right away for no charge without even going into the store. I also love when i call i rarely ever wait to speak to anyone unlike the hour wait times at telus and bell...
Switching from prepaid to postpaid to prepaid etc is a pain in the ass with all companies, you have to wait about 7 days per switch I believe
When I switched it took about an hourOriginally posted by rumeo

Off contract? Ha! They upgraded computer systems and had to assign me a new customer account number in the process of changing over. Lost my original contract which ended Jan 2012 and tried to tell me I had a contract until June 2012!Originally posted by bart

Had to get people to go back and find my old account and they assured me there would be no issues (even got notes put on the account, had a reference number), everything would end in Jan. All fine and dandy until I got sent to collections since they continued to bill me and then wanted to charge me a $100 cancellation fee to "cancel" services that I didn't even have.
Shitty shitty customer service and they aren't willing to do shit for you when they fuck up.
I hated that company so much I ended up dropping my plan to the cheapest one they had and got a new contract and number with someone else.

virgin mobile has gotten the jd power awards for customer service for many years now. They are far better than most.
I have gotten charges taken off, free things thrown in etc.
