Well at least it was fixed at the end of the day. I built with broadview and had a few shingles come off in the first few months of owning the house. They had no problems coming back to fix it up. As for the last wind storms I was on my own, as I was expecting. Overall I found that they were good about addressing my concerns and problems.

13 years later, there is not a court on the planet that would make the builder pay. I've seen builders not cover basic things that were just poor workmanship literally 5 days after the warranty. Broadview policy is - if its our fault, we fix it regardless of the cost. No band aid solutions. Even if something is out of warranty and it just should not be broken will usually take care of it. We have a lot less issues than many builders simply because of the materials and suppliers we use. We are definetly not the cheapest but try our best to build good value homes that will last. 91% of people who have lived in our homes for a 1 year would recommend us to their friends and family. And I have the papers to prove it.

Sorry but it's not just the space bar, wouldn't really make a difference if you hit it or not.
