Laser Eye Surgery

I have a consultation scheduled with LASIK MD in a couple of weeks.

Wondering if there's any other options available and if people have some good reviews of those places. My eyes are about -4.50 in each eye so was just kind of trying to find some prices for this.

I wouldn't risk going to less established places just to save a few bucks. You could end up with long-life issues if it is done wrong.

Lasik MD is pretty reasonably priced.

There is a thread on this already. Its huge and talks about the places in calgary that do lasik and prk.

The general consensus is Gimble is the best. However, i went to lasik md and i had a very positive experience with a similar script.

I am getting PRK done next week at Gimbel. Cost is 4k$ for both eyes. Do your research and I would not recommend making a decision based on price. Base it on the company,equipment, and the surgeons stats (available at consultation). The 4k$ includes all post check ups and enhancements.

I was thinking about this but have been thinking abuot the long term complications from it as nobody knows what they are....yet
