Well, it’s wine festival season at willow park, Spanish was a couple weeks ago, last week was Italy…
This was a stand out, was on sale but even at their regular price of $30 it’s an amazing value… joint venture between Castellare di Castellina and Rothschild-Château Lafite. A Rosso with that sort of French influence… fantastic, pick it up if you see it
They also had their Le Sughere di Frassinello (red foil)… it’s better, but at $45… not that much better

When Wine Spectator rated this #1 for 2023 and I found a few bottles I couldn't say no. At the price this should drink exquisitely.

Hard to say… 2018 is a little young for a Brunello. I believe that list is more of a buyer’s guide for adding to a cellar than best wine to actually drink today.
