Driving down 44st heading onto Memorial drive. I see a Police van up ahead and slow down a bit, 50km/hr (residential area).

Who do I see that's pulled over? Yep, none other than the infamous "LAINTO HEAT" civic.

I'm pretty sure he/she got pulled over for the neon underglow lights, neon border licence plate lights, all those interior lights, the big latino heat decal, the big honda decal, and everything else that car has.

i was at the hand wash place in falconridge washing my car... when i went to dry it off, who else but that nasty black civic with the chrome hubcaps "LATINO HEAT"!!! BRUTAL.... it was so hard not to laugh at him while he was cranking his tunes and drying his car...

hey i got a question.. since all the light are basically illegal.. but let say i name by Car.. <car 1>.. and if i get a custom spoiler and have the car1 lid on the back so that everytme i break car 1 will glow on my spoiler.. is that illegal?

No. Well, it has to be red I believe, but other than that the LED on the back of spoilers is fine.
