dead body 4th street downtown???

Supposedly 4th street downtown is shut down and there ia a body missing their head laying in the road.

Anyone know any details?

According to Twitter, a woman either jumped or fell from a building on 4th ave and 1st. Fell onto the edge of a pickup trick - 3 seperate tarps on the ground.
