Looking for someone reasonable to sand/paint my baseboards.

Know of anybody, and roughly how much per ft are we talking?

if you still need a person, i have a good carpenter i use who does good work, i can connect you directly, he's pretty inexpensive too

I'm not sure an actual carpenter is required for a job like this. I think what he really needs is cheap Mexican labour.

point being i know him for doing my work to quality finish, and that beats hiring just "some body" with chances of poor result

I don't have anyone for you, since I did all mine myself. However, if you need a good paint sprayer, I have one I can lend you to do them. I could vouch that it does a good job.
