So you know.
So you know.
Pretty cool that the level in the demo is Vancouver, in the future of course.
Frigging Origin for PC.. sigh.
Mmhmmmm. I don't normally stand up for anything, but I just can't bring myself to install Origin. I guess I'll wait :POriginally posted by ZEDGE

Me either, just wish I could get it through Steam and not have two programs for games going.
Going to check this out tonight on PC. How does this game play? Similar to Fall Out? First person RPG style?
Am I the only one that found the animations and dialogue a little...weird. Just slightly off? Can't put my finger on it. I still think ME3 is going to be an amazing game, I just hope they don't try and over do it.

I read that there's two modes: Like a story and combat mode.
Apparently the story mode makes the combat so easy that you would never come close to dying.
I'm wondering if combat mode takes away from the story at all?

Not at all. Consider the differences in difficulty as the difference between Rookie and Vetaran in ME2. Rookie = story mode. Veteran = combat mode.Originally posted by sexualbanana

yea, animations are very strange, does not feel polished or something. Maybe the demo is an early build of the game?Originally posted by Gibson

Ashley in spectre armor = nice.
Normandy leading a wing of fighters = nicer
Mass Effect 3 = WIN! :P
I honestly did not find the animations that bad. There were a couple of model glitches during the first few minutes in the Vancouver start level (Anderson's mouth not moving when he talked), so I would expect that the demo is a shored up beta code, and that the actual production code is at least a generation better, because they have gone gold and, afaik, are producing the DVD's now for shipping

Now that I think about it, you're probably right, which makes me feel a lot better.Originally posted by ZEDGE

How many characters do you guys have? I have one paragon soldier and one renegade vanguard, although the vanguards were pretty useless in 2.

Alls I gotsta say is, I'm pissed that there is DLC for ME2 that I never dl'd and is fairly important to the ME3 story line.
Looks like I have another 80 hours of gaming to do before ME3 comes out. Fuuuuuuuuuu!

People hate on Activision but I don't think they have done something like that yet.
