The piece I don't get the is side scoop. It goes nowhere and unless it channels the air to exit somewhere, doesn't it drag your car down?

The black part on the side is actually the part I liked the *least* on the R8. I always thought it looked out of place.

As has been said - take the black bits off and this is actually a really nice car.

There's an R8 kit for the TT as well, which actually doesn't look too bad at all imo. At least, it wouldn't look bad if it wasn't obvious you're trying to make a far lesser car look like a semi-exotic....

I figured that delivery started already or he was one of the first ones. But after searching a bit, 5 or so should be delivered between August and December of this year. This makes it even more fail.

oh man that's terrible on that car, im still not a fan of the kit on the TTs...i guess if you mod a TTRs enough to make it as powerful as an entry R8...then maybe go for the kit? even then...not a huge fan.

those kits are horrible. However, I think the kit for the TT looks pretty decent as long as you get rid of the black side panel.
