How much would it take you to drink 500ml straight vodka?

I'm currently in Poland and we were drinking a little bit, and I wanted to see how much it would take for my cousin to drink 500ml of straight vodka. (Chugging it, any polack can drink 500ml vodka over a night :P )


We ended up at an agreement that he would drink for 300zl ($90CAD)

He got knocked the fuck out at the end of the night puking everywhere, and still blowing 0.8 this afternoon when he had woke up..


My question to you is, how much would it take you to drink 500ml of straight vodka in 1 shot?



He had blowing 3.09 on my alcomat (Same one as rage2, except a little bit of an older version, very accurate)

This would show 0.309 on an alcohol test and the legal limit is 0.05...


This was about 15-20minutes after he drank the vodka.. We were already pretty shitfaced before he drank the rest of our vodka...

I'd venture a guess that most people probably couldn't do it as 1 shot. I remember many years ago I drank an 8 or 10 oz shot of vodka, followed by the same of rye. Needless to say, the next day wasn't that much fun and I still feel nauseous to this day when I smell rye.

With that being said, I'd think about doing it again for about $1000

A guy in Poland tested 1.48 after getting in an accident. Confirmed by 5 seperate lab tests.

In my prime, sure. There's no way I can do it now. I'm tipsy after 4 drinks lol. It's been over a year since I last went clubbing.

It's 17 shots. My bro in his prime would order 12 shots because he's late to a party and down em in 5 mins to catch up, and would only be tipsy. I think if my tolerance was like what it used to be, I'd do it for free.

I'm with Rage, back in my prime, I used to be able to drink like a fish, good ol' newfie blood. 30 or 40 shots in a few hours would be a good time. Now, almost 10 years later, a few drinks and I'm done.

Sometimes over a night I can probably have that much vodka, but I would be trashed. I am pretty sure I would throw up if I tried to chug it all at once.

Ya when I was 19 sure, and I would keep going. A couple weeks ago I had 5 beer and 4 or 5 shots and I was "beyond" drunk, LOL. I'm getting to old for heavy drinking.
