Any interest in putting a Beyond BBQ team for BBQ on the bow

I went into retard mode and tried the basil,oregano,tomatoes and such.Cherry as smoke and when tasted..good but not stellar.

I too will be entering the Bow as my first comp. I'm going for all the bbq catigories and am also toying with the idea of doing the Big Rock sauce comp so I can at least go home with something.

The bow is a qualifier for the Jack isnt it?

we did a 10 lb pork shoulder and 8 lb brisket last night. spikers came by also and gave some great advice. Looking forward to getting together for us to figure out the details.

I have grads till the end of June and a wedding in July,then i'am all yours.

I would definitely be in, however wont have time to organize. If someone takes the helm of the Beyond bbq team I'm in. Ribs have more or less become my specialty. If I'm not wrong, I believe spikers can rock out awesome brisket.
