I've been doing low and slow BBQ for a few years now and have gotten decent at it. It would be fun if there is any interest in some fellow Beyonders that might be interested in putting together a Beyond BBQ team to compete at this years BBQ on the Bow.
Preferably guys with smokers ( as we need at least 3-4) and some experience as I would love to learn from others. The competition requires submitting Chicken, Pork Ribs ( my specialty), Pork Butt, and Brisket.
If there is any interest I'll begin to put something together.
