Looks cheap.
There must be a fan up top to dissipate the heat or else that looks like a fire hazard.
If you're lacking a mounting template, take the outer shell off, put it on the cabinet, draw where the holes are, drill.

average price i've seen for this type is around $70-$80 and any website that will ship to Canada wants $100 for shipping!!
i can't believe there is absolutely nobody local that sells these things...

We had one installed undercabinet at our house when I was growing up.
No fan though so eventually the cabinets started to stain and warp from the heat.
