Complete webpage build

I might be needing a webpage built for our small family business soon. We currently have one of those cheap build it your self webpages and it doesnt do it for us. My question to anyone that can help would be how much does it cost? I would need everything from the idea in my head to final product done. It would be small with just a few pages. Home page, a few product pages with a few items one each with paypal availability and a about and contact us pages. Nothing crazy, simple would be nice.
How much would something like that cost?
Would it be hard to make and or change with or without help?

I'm sure something like Wordpress can get the job done. You would be looking at around 50-60/year for the web hosting. Changes will be easy.

Hit up ThemeForest, search for a "WordPress template one page", fairly easy to do for a small website and there are forums to assist you. A template is all you need and there are tons of great ones on TF. You are not a large corporation with complex needs, reinventing the wheel is never a good idea unless you want to become a designer or you wish to spend a few thousand minimum to hire someone.

$60ish a year for hosting is about right as above. Plenty of hosts around, I use HostGator (Texas), stay the hell away from GoDaddy (run friend). There are plenty of Canadian based hosts as well.
